Refund policy

1.Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Products

Bras
All day Pants, Bermudas , Jogger, Shorts
Polos, Tops, Jackets
Pyjamas, sleep Dresses

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

The product is unused and unwashed.
All original tags and labels remain attached.
The product is returned in its original packaging.
The proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.

3. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered:

Panties and briefs
Boxers
Underwear
Camisoles
Crop
Tank tops
Shapewear
Swimwear bottoms
Socks
Any product showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant, or damage caused by the customer

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

A defective product
A damaged product
The wrong item or size sent by us

Please contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Exchange Policy

Once the returned product has passed our quality inspection, your exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
